Classes
Tumbling builds self-discipline, agility, and movement skills used in every sport. Our classes are kept at an 8:1 student–coach ratio so every child gets real learning time.
Rec Classes
A great way to get exercise, learn skills, and have fun — for boys and girls alike. Commonly used in cheerleading, tumbling is a great way to hone skills and improve flexibility. Classes are arranged by age and level.

Mother Goose Classes
Movement and tumbling fundamentals for our youngest athletes, run through the Mother Goose Tumbling program at our gym.
Gym policies
- Enrollment: No-show or non-payment after the second lesson of the month means your child's name is automatically removed from the roles.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is extremely important — please avoid absences if possible. Tuition is not deducted for absences; you are paying to hold your child's spot. No make-up rec classes.
- Dress attire: No loose t-shirts, denim jeans, smart watches (Apple, Gabb, etc.), or socks. Long hair must be pulled up. Students in the wrong attire will be asked to sit out for their safety. Team students are required to wear a leotard.
- Water: Hydration matters! Drinking fountains are available, but we strongly advise sending your child with a water bottle.
- Visitors: Parents and visitors may observe from the parent observation area only — no parents or visitors in the gym area. Keep small children at hand for their safety.
- Cleanliness: We strive to keep a clean gym and observation area — please clean up after yourself before you leave. Cleaning supplies, towels, and brooms are in the supply room at the south end of the building near the office.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for your children before and after class, and for any damage they may cause to the property. Watch your children when they are outside.
- Drop-off & pick-up: Students may be dropped off no more than ten minutes early and must be picked up on time.
